1platform replacing monthly spreadsheet reporting
Role-basedaccess, down to team level
Pentestedby an external party before go-live

Challenge

Workforce data lived in several HR systems and a lot of spreadsheets. Management reporting was assembled monthly by hand, and the sensitivity of the data meant most people could not be given access to the sources at all.

Approach

Pipelines bring the HR systems together in PostgreSQL with a clear model of teams, roles and periods. A Next.js platform presents dashboards per management level, with access enforced through the group's identity provider so every manager sees exactly their scope.

Development, staging and production environments, a pentest by an external party and an ongoing hardening backlog were part of the scope from the start, not an afterthought.

Outcome

Management sees current data instead of last month's deck. HR stopped assembling reports and started answering questions about them.
