Challenge
Replace a template site with something that demonstrates what SUUS does, at the speed SUUS promises clients, without a design agency, a stock photo or a UI library.
Approach
The design system came first, as a written constitution: one visual unit (the cell), two typefaces, one accent, one inverted block per page. Copy lives in a typed content layer so a Dutch version is a file, not a rebuild. The hero field, the case covers and the diagrams are computed in Canvas and SVG rather than downloaded.
AI wrote first drafts of components, copy and tests. People decided the concept, the typography and what shipped, and every line was reviewed. Yes, we vibe coded it. No, we did not ship vibe code.
Outcome
Lighthouse 100 on accessibility, best practices and SEO, 96 to 100 on performance, zero layout shift, about 150 kB of JavaScript with the framework included. Built in one working day.
